Why us

Why WordPress SEO needs more than a plugin

WordPress is a good base for SEO, and plugins like Yoast or Rank Math give you fields for titles and descriptions, a sitemap and a checklist. They do not research what your buyers search, write the posts that answer it, earn links or tell you whether ChatGPT names your business. Someone still has to do that work, every week.

That is the job a WordPress SEO expert is hired for. We do it through our own plugin, so the work lands on your site instead of in a report. Keep the SEO plugin you already use: with Yoast or Rank Math active, our titles and descriptions go into its own fields.

Yoast SEO and Rank Math stay in charge of printing your tags, and we fill their fields: the SEO title, description and focus keyword of each post we publish, and, for the fixes you approve, titles, descriptions, canonical addresses and noindex. Without an SEO plugin, SeoVision Publisher prints them itself, Open Graph tags included, so a page never carries two descriptions.

Our checks also catch the clashes a theme and an SEO plugin create together. Two titles on one page are fixed by writing straight into the Rank Math or Yoast fields. Two article markups on one page become one, with the real author. Website and breadcrumb markup is added only where your SEO plugin does not print it, and a business type, address or phone missing from the business markup it prints is added from your Brand Passport, keeping what it already says.

What we do

What our WordPress SEO services do on your site

SeoVision Publisher connects your site to your SeoVision project. Everything below reaches WordPress through it.

Posts published for you

30 articles a month, one a day, published as posts with their SEO title, meta description, schema and images saved to your Media Library. Live, or as drafts for you to review.

Your author on every post

Each article carries an author with a bio and a portrait. On WordPress it goes out under the WordPress user you pick for that author.

Technical fixes through the plugin

Robots.txt, your sitemap, canonicals, redirects for broken addresses, empty titles, descriptions and alt text, schema markup and llms.txt. Each batch after your OK, with a backup first.

Backlinks from real business sites

90 credits a month in our backlink exchange: links inside articles on other members' real business sites, matched to your industry first and never a swap. See backlink safety.

WooCommerce orders and AI shopping

On a WooCommerce store, see which orders came from search and AI assistants once you allow it. Agentic Feed and AI Storefronts prepare your products for AI shopping assistants.

AI visibility tracking

70 prompts your buyers ask, scanned every week in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, with the competitors named instead of you. More on AI visibility tracking.

Connect

How to connect WordPress in a few minutes

No developer needed. The plugin changes nothing on your site until you allow it.

  1. 1

    Install the plugin

Add SeoVision Publisher from the WordPress.org plugin directory and activate it.

  2. 2

    Paste your token

Generate a connection token in your SeoVision dashboard and paste it into the plugin's settings page.

  3. 3

    Pick your author

Choose the WordPress user your posts go out under, press Test connection, and pick live or draft publishing.

  4. 4

    Allow fixes when ready

An administrator allows confirmed fixes on the plugin's page. Until then the plugin changes nothing, and after that only the batches you approve.

Inside the plugin

What SeoVision Publisher does on your site, step by step

The plugin is small on purpose. It acts only on requests signed with the token you pasted, and each step below is something you can see in WordPress.

  • It receives the article. Each post arrives with its text, SEO title, meta description, structured data and images, as a draft or live, the way you chose.
  • It saves the images to your Media Library. Pictures are downloaded into WordPress, so your posts use your own media instead of images loaded from another server.
  • It prints the SEO tags once. With Yoast or Rank Math active, that plugin prints them from the fields we fill. Without one, SeoVision Publisher prints them itself.
  • It adds the article markup. The article's structured data goes into the page head, pointed at the post's real address.
  • It tells search engines. The moment a post goes live, the plugin sends its address to Bing and the other IndexNow search engines, unless your site is set to discourage search engines. Bing's index also feeds Microsoft Copilot.
  • It respects your edits. Before we update one of our live posts, the plugin tells us when it last changed. If you edited it on your site, we leave it as it is and write a new supporting article instead.
  • It applies only confirmed fixes. Once an administrator allows fixes, each batch you confirm is applied with a backup of every field it touches.

Fixes

WordPress SEO problems we fix for you

These are the most common WordPress SEO issues our scan finds every week, and what the plugin writes once you approve the batch. Every rule behind it is on our technical SEO services page.

  • Robots.txt blocks Google or the AI crawlers you need
  • WordPress's setting that hides the site from search engines is switched on
  • The sitemap is off, or Google has never been told about it
  • Wrong or missing canonical addresses
  • Broken addresses that still get visits, with no redirect to a live page
  • Empty titles and meta descriptions on posts, pages, products and categories
  • Images without alt text
  • No business, website or breadcrumb markup
  • Product markup missing its brand, barcode or rating, and questions on a page with no FAQ markup
  • Pages that do not link to the articles about them
  • No llms.txt that describes your site to AI assistants

WooCommerce

WooCommerce SEO through the same plugin

A WooCommerce store gets the store work through the same plugin, with nothing else to install. Agentic Feed, AI Storefronts and the product fixes open once the paid plan begins.

  • Orders from search and AI. Once an administrator presses Allow on the plugin's page, we read your orders and the source WooCommerce recorded for each one, and show which sales came from search and AI assistants. Press Stop sharing and we delete the orders we hold within an hour.
  • Product characteristics. Agentic Feed gathers what your store already holds, such as brand, size, attributes and barcode, and shows it in a block under each product's description and in its markup. Your text stays as it is.
  • Selling points and shoppers' questions. You tick the products, and the AI writes selling points and the questions shoppers ask, with answers, from your own product text. Never for medicines.
  • Product markup and ratings. Where your product markup lacks a brand, barcode, photo, delivery or returns, we add what your store holds, and the rating of your store's own reviews, never an invented one.
  • Merchant Center problems. When Google reports a missing brand, barcode or part number that your store already holds, we fill the empty field your Google feed app sends, after your OK.
  • AI Storefronts. We build a feed of your products every day. You add its link once in Google Merchant Center or Microsoft Merchant Center, and ChatGPT and Perplexity can take it once they approve your store.

Who does the work

WordPress SEO experts, or a WordPress SEO company that does the work?

A WordPress SEO consultant or specialist audits your site and hands you a list. Freelancers commonly bill $100 to $150 an hour, according to Ahrefs' survey of SEO providers, and the changes still wait for you or your developer. A WordPress SEO agency adds writers and link builders, usually on a monthly retainer.

We are a WordPress SEO company that does the work on your site. Our system researches, writes, publishes and fixes every day. Our team checks every paying site each day and steps in when something needs a person, and you get a dedicated account manager and priority 24/7 support.

Nothing changes behind your back. The plugin applies only the batches you confirm, saves a backup of every field it touches first, and changes a field only if it still holds the value we saw, so your later edits are kept. You can download or restore each backup from the plugin's page, even without SeoVision. We never change the text of a post you wrote. Article updates touch only posts we published. Technical fixes change only SEO fields such as empty titles, descriptions and alt text, after your OK.

What the plugin does not do

We do not build WordPress sites or themes, and we do not promise rankings. Load speed, HTTPS, the mobile layout and your theme's headings depend on your hosting and theme. For those you get the exact steps for your developer or host, not a fix we write.

Page by page fixes go through Yoast, Rank Math or the plugin itself. With All in One SEO, SEOPress or The SEO Framework active, only the site-wide fixes apply, and your titles stay with that plugin.

Questions

WordPress SEO services: frequently asked questions

How much do WordPress SEO specialists charge?

Freelance SEO specialists commonly charge $100 to $150 an hour, and the most common monthly retainer is $501 to $1,000, according to Ahrefs' survey of 439 SEO providers. SeoVision is $149 a month per site, with the articles, fixes, backlinks and AI tracking included.

Can I do SEO on WordPress myself?

Yes. An SEO plugin, a sitemap and well written posts get you far. The hard part is the time: research, a post every day, fixes, links and tracking. We take that work off your hands and leave you the approvals.

What is included in WordPress SEO services?

Keyword and competitor research, 30 posts a month published on your site, technical fixes through our plugin, schema markup, backlinks and AI visibility tracking. WooCommerce stores also get their orders by channel, Agentic Feed and AI Storefronts.

How long until WordPress SEO shows results?

A fix is live minutes after you approve it, and Google recrawls the pages over days to weeks. New posts usually collect impressions on specific searches first, over the first months. Competitive searches take longest, and nobody can promise a position.

Can AI tools replace WordPress SEO services?

AI tools can draft posts and suggest keywords, but someone still has to plan, check, publish, fix and measure. We use AI for the writing, check every article with an AI editor before it goes live, and our team watches every paying site each day.

Does it work with Yoast or Rank Math?

Yes. With Yoast SEO or Rank Math active, the SEO titles and meta descriptions of our posts and fixes go into that plugin's own fields. Without an SEO plugin, SeoVision Publisher prints them itself.

Will the plugin overwrite my posts?

Not their text. Article updates touch only posts we published, recognized by the SeoVision id stored with each one. Technical fixes change only SEO fields such as empty titles, descriptions and alt text, after your OK, and only while a field still holds the value we saw. Every batch can be undone.

Does it work with WordPress.com and WooCommerce?

WordPress.com sites can receive our articles too. On a WooCommerce store, the same plugin shows which orders came from search and AI once an administrator allows it, and Agentic Feed and AI Storefronts open on the paid plan.
