By accessing or using Seovision ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seovision provides automated SEO audit and analysis services for Shopify stores. We analyze your store's SEO health across technical, content, product, and AI visibility dimensions and provide actionable recommendations.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Shopify Store Access

By connecting your Shopify store, you authorize Seovision to access your store data through the Shopify API with the scopes you approve during installation. We access data in read-only mode and do not modify your store content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
  • Share your account with unauthorized users
  • Abuse the API or make excessive requests

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Seovision. Audit reports generated for your store are provided for your use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEO audit results are informational and do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Seovision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your store and deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
