Terms of Service

The service

SeoVision is a search & AI-visibility platform. It runs SEO audits, tracks how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and Copilot) mention your brand, generates and publishes content to connected sites (Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Webflow), and runs a Backlinks Exchange network. It is an informational tool to support your own research and decisions.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Do not share your account or use it on behalf of others without authorization.

Connected sites & accounts

When you connect a store, CMS or analytics account (Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Google Search Console), you authorize SeoVision to access that account with the scopes you approve, to run audits, generate reporting and — where you enable it — publish content on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access going forward.

Your store's customer data

When you let SeoVision read your store's orders (for Shopify, on Shopify's own permission screen, and for WooCommerce, in the settings of our SeoVision Publisher plugin), your customers' personal data stays yours to control, and SeoVision processes it on your behalf as your data processor. We process it only to provide the service you use: showing you your orders, the buyer behind each one and where your sales and visits came from. We never sell it, never use it for advertising and never send a buyer's personal details to AI models.

• Confidentiality and security— only the members of your SeoVision account see a buyer's name, email address, phone number and address. Our support tools never show them to our staff. They are encrypted before they are stored, and every opening of them is recorded.
• Service providers — the data is hosted by the database and application hosting providers listed in our Privacy Policy, under contracts that bind them to the same purpose.
• Your customers' requests— when a customer asks your store to see or erase their data and Shopify passes the request to us, we delete that customer's orders, or send you what we hold within 30 days. On WooCommerce, erasing a customer's personal data in WordPress makes us delete that customer's orders within an hour, and WordPress's Export Personal Data lists the orders we hold for them.
• Security incidents — if an incident affects this data, we tell you without undue delay, with what we know and what we are doing about it.
• How long we keep it — while the store stays connected. Disconnecting the store or uninstalling our app deletes it, and on WooCommerce so does stopping the sharing in our plugin. Our database backups still hold it for up to 7 days, and are encrypted.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share your customers' data with us and for telling your customers, in your own privacy policy, that you use service providers such as SeoVision. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we access and what we do with it.

Attribution on published articles

Articles generated and published to your connected site through SeoVision include, by default, a short attribution line at the end of the article (for example “Powered by SeoVision”) containing a link to our website. You can turn this attribution off at any time in Article settings, including during the trial. The change applies to articles published after that. While it is enabled, you agree that we add this attribution to published articles. We reserve the right to adjust its wording and appearance. It is always rendered as a small, unobtrusive footer that does not interfere with your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the underlying third-party data except as expressly permitted.
• Scrape, bulk-export, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, or for any unlawful purpose.

Plans & billing

SeoVision is sold as the All in One plan, priced per website (project), billed in advance each month or each year in US dollars (USD) and renewing automatically until cancelled. Each project comes with its own allowance of audits, articles, tracked prompts and backlink credits, and Optional Assets add to it; several projects on one account cost less each. Prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. New customers can start with a 3-day trial for $1, as described in our 3-Day Trial Terms. Subscriptions that started on the earlier Basic, Pro and Advanced plans continue on them. Payments are processed by Stripe.

For the first 2 hours after the $1 trial starts, subscription management for the account and project is unavailable while we analyse your site and research keywords. Upgrading remains available. After that, you can cancel before the 3-day trial ends; see our 3-Day Trial Terms.

Once subscription management opens, you can change plans from Manage Subscription. Upgrades to a higher plan apply immediately and are prorated — you pay only the difference between the plans for the days remaining in the current billing period, not the full new price, and renew at the new plan's price thereafter. Downgrades to a lower plan take effect at the end of the current period: you keep your current plan until then and are billed at the lower price from the next period. Cancellation likewise takes effect at the end of the current paid period — your plan stays fully usable until then, you are not charged again, and you can resume before that date to avoid any interruption. The exact prorated amounts and effective dates are shown before you confirm. Subscription fees are not refundable; cancellation and the full detail are in our Refund Policy.

Promotions, discounts and promo codes, when we offer them, are one-time unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, apply only to eligible plans, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time; the specific terms of any promotion are shown together with that offer.

Growth Guarantee

If your 6th paid month doesn't bring at least 30% more clicks from Google than the 28 days before you launched, and at least 20 more, your next 6 months cost $0. This guarantee was published on October 6, 2026, and it works as follows:

• It covers a website (project) whose setup reaches “Launched live” on or after the day this guarantee was published.
• The project's plan is paid for 6 months in a row, without a pause or a cancellation in between. The trial days do not count as a paid month.
• For those 6 months the site stays connected to SeoVision, Google Search Console stays connected to the project with the site's own property, and auto-publishing stays on, so the articles we write are published to the site.
• Clicks are the clicks from Google Search that Search Console reports for the site's property. The baseline is the 28 days before the day the project went live. The 6th month is measured over its last 28 days.
• The promise is met when the 6th month brings at least 30% more clicks than the baseline AND at least 20 more. If either is missed, the next 6 months of that project's plan cost $0: on a monthly plan the next 6 monthly payments are covered, and on a yearly plan 6 months are added to the paid term.
• It is a service credit, not a refund. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred and applies once per project.
• We check it automatically at the end of the 6th paid month and apply the credit ourselves. You do not need to ask.

The guarantee does not change our Refund Policy: subscription fees are still not refundable, and the guarantee is paid as service, never as money.

Data accuracy — important

SeoVision mixes observed, estimated and computed data. AI-visibility answers are observed from the assistants themselves; what we read out of those answers (mention, sentiment, competitor classification) is a model's interpretation of them; SEO and market metrics (search volume, difficulty, domain rating and similar) are third-party estimates; and scores and roll-ups are computed from all of the above. The service is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using it. We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the service, its software, and its presentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. Third-party data is owned by its respective providers and used under license. Content you generate and publish through the service is yours to use.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Availability & restrictions

SeoVision is operated from the United States and offered to businesses and individuals who can lawfully use it. You may not use the service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing it from a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or export controls, or if you appear on any applicable sanctions or denied-party list. By using the service you represent that none of these restrictions apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; we will revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
