Terms of Service

The service

Seovision is a search & AI-visibility platform. It runs SEO audits, tracks how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and Copilot) mention your brand, generates and publishes content to connected sites (Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Webflow), and runs a Backlinks Exchange network. It is an informational tool to support your own research and decisions.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Do not share your account or use it on behalf of others without authorization.

Connected sites & accounts

When you connect a store, CMS or analytics account (Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Google Search Console), you authorize Seovision to access that account with the scopes you approve, to run audits, generate reporting and — where you enable it — publish content on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access going forward.

Attribution on published articles

Articles generated and published to your connected site through Seovision include a short attribution line at the end of the article (for example “Powered by SeoVision”) containing a link to our website. By using the publishing features you agree that we add this attribution to published articles and that it remains in place for as long as the article stays published. We reserve the right to adjust its wording and appearance; it is always rendered as a small, unobtrusive footer that does not interfere with your content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the underlying third-party data except as expressly permitted.
• Scrape, bulk-export, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, or for any unlawful purpose.

Plans & billing

Seovision is sold as subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Advanced), billed in advance each month in US dollars (USD) and renewing automatically until cancelled. Each plan sets how many prompts we track and how many articles we publish per day, shared across your project(s). Plan prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can change plans at any time from Manage Subscription. Upgrades to a higher plan apply immediately and are prorated — you pay only the difference between the plans for the days remaining in the current billing period, not the full new price, and renew at the new plan's price thereafter. Downgrades to a lower plan take effect at the end of the current period: you keep your current plan until then and are billed at the lower price from the next period. Cancellation likewise takes effect at the end of the current paid period — your plan stays fully usable until then, you are not charged again, and you can resume before that date to avoid any interruption. The exact prorated amounts and effective dates are shown before you confirm. Cancellation and your rights to a refund are described in our Refund Policy.

Promotions, discounts and promo codes, when we offer them, are one-time unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, apply only to eligible plans, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time; the specific terms of any promotion are shown together with that offer.

Data accuracy — important

Seovision mixes measured and estimated data. AI-visibility results are observed from the assistants' own answers; SEO and market metrics (search volume, difficulty, domain rating and similar) are third-party estimates, and roll-ups are computed. We label confidence throughout the product and never present estimates as exact counts — see our Data Sources & Methodology.

The service is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using it. We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the service, its software, and its presentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. Third-party data is owned by its respective providers and used under license. Content you generate and publish through the service is yours to use.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Availability & restrictions

Seovision is operated from the United States and offered to businesses and individuals who can lawfully use it. You may not use the service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing it from a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or export controls, or if you appear on any applicable sanctions or denied-party list. By using the service you represent that none of these restrictions apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; we will revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
