A Global SEO Agency for the Markets You Sell In
A global SEO agency gets one business found in more than one country: it researches what buyers search in each market, publishes pages in the language they read and tracks whether search engines and AI assistants recommend it there. SeoVision does the market half of that work for each site. Your site gets a main market plus up to 3 extra markets in its language, keyword research and AI visibility tracking for each of them, and 30 articles a month written for all of them at once. What we do not do is the multilingual half: hreflang tags and the structure of a site in several languages stay with you. One plan, $149 a month per site.

The basics
What international SEO is and why it matters in 2026
International SEO is the work of ranking one business in several countries. It has two parts that are easy to mix up. The first is the market part: finding what people in each country actually type, how many of them type it and which sites they meet there, then publishing pages that answer them. The second is the site part: telling search engines which version of a page belongs to which country or language, usually with hreflang tags and a clear structure of domains or folders.
Both parts matter more in 2026 than they did a few years ago. Buyers compare suppliers across borders, and they now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews as often as they search. Those assistants answer differently from one country to the next, because they lean on the pages that rank there and on the sources people in that market trust. A brand that leads in the United States can be missing from the same question asked in the United Kingdom or Australia.
Most international SEO services sell both parts as one large project, often with translation, a site migration and a custom quote. We are honest about the split. The market part is what we do every day, for every market on your site. The site part, hreflang and multilingual structure, we neither check nor fix today, and this page says exactly where that line is.
What's included
What's included in our international SEO services
Every part of international SEO, who does it with us and what it means for your site. The rows marked ยซwe doยป come with the plan.
| Part of international SEO | Who does it | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Your main market | You choose it | The country and the language your site is written for. You pick both when you start, and the writer follows them. |
| Extra markets in the same language | Our team adds them | Up to 3 more countries per site, for example the UK, Ireland and Australia for an English site. |
| Keyword research per market | We do | Every keyword we keep is looked up in each of your markets, with its own search volume there. |
| One content plan for all of them | We do | 30 articles a month. Each topic is written once and counts the searches of every market it serves. |
| Spelling for your main country | We do | American, British, Australian, New Zealand or Canadian English, following your main market. |
| AI visibility per market | We do | Each market gets its own prompts, asked from that country, out of your 70. |
| Backlinks matched by market | We do | The exchange looks for partners in your main market first, then in a market you share, and in other countries when none fits. |
| Local citations abroad | We do, as an add-on | Listings in 20 countries for a business with an address or a service area. |
| A separate site per country | Each site is its own project | Its own main market and language, with 10% off every site once you have two. |
| Hreflang tags | You or your developer | We do not add, check or fix them today. |
| A second language on the same site | Not open yet | Our articles go out in your site's main language only. |
| Translating your existing pages | You or a translator | We write new articles. We do not translate the pages you have. |
Markets
How markets work on your site
Every site you add to SeoVision has one main market: a country and the language your pages are written in. It can be any country we research, in its own language, so a German shop gets its research from Google in Germany and its articles in German. You set the main market yourself when you start, and you can change it in your Business Profile until our team manages your markets.
On top of the main market, a site can have up to 3 extra markets in the same language. An American store that also ships to Canada, the UK and Australia is the typical case. Extra markets are added by our team, not in the product. In your Business Profile, under ยซTarget market & languageยป, you press ยซRequest a marketยป, choose the country and the language and send. The request becomes a ticket with a number, our team replies within 48 hours with what it includes, and nothing changes before you agree.
Once a market is added, our team re-tunes your project for it. The keyword set is looked up again in every market, the new market gets its own AI prompts, and your content plan is rebuilt on the fresh research. Only planned topics that have no text yet are replaced. Articles that are written, scheduled or already live stay exactly where they are.
How it works
How we do it, step by step
Your part is the first two steps. The rest runs every day and shows in your dashboard.
- 1
Add your site and its main market
Add your domain, pick the country and language it is written for and connect your platform. Setup prepares your audit and research in the background.
- 2
Ask for your extra markets
Send ยซRequest a marketยป for each country you also sell to, up to 3 in your site's language. Our team adds them after your yes.
- 3
We research every market
Keyword and competitor research starts in your main market, then every keyword we keep is looked up in each extra market.
- 4
One plan for all of them
Topics are ranked by the searches of all your markets together, so the plan favors what buyers want in every country you serve.
- 5
We write and publish
30 articles a month in your site's language and spelling, published on your site and checked live. With Search Console connected, your sitemap is resubmitted to Google.
- 6
We track each market
AI visibility prompts are asked every week in each market, so you see where assistants name you and where a competitor wins instead.
Research
Keyword research for every country you sell to
The same product is searched differently from one country to the next. People in the UK look for a ยซmobile phone caseยป, people in the US for a ยซcell phone caseยป. A topic that is huge in one market can be small in another. Writing one plan for the United States and hoping it carries abroad misses that.
So our research reads every market on your site. It starts with your main market, draws ideas from one of your extra markets too, and then looks up each keyword we keep in every one of them, with Google's own search volume for that country. A topic is written once, and its value is the sum of its searches in all your markets, so a keyword that is modest at home but large across three countries moves up the plan.
The writing follows the same logic. Each article is written in your site's language, and in English the spelling follows your main country: colour and organise for a British site, color and organize for an American one. The searches themselves keep the spelling people type, so a British article can still target a keyword most people spell the American way. More on how we pick keywords in keyword research.
Site structure
Hreflang and multilingual sites: what stays with you
Neither our audit nor our weekly technical scan looks at hreflang tags today, and no fix of ours writes them. If your site has English and German versions, or you run separate sites for the US and the UK, the tags that tell Google which page is for whom stay with you, your platform or your developer. Google's rule is that every version lists all the others, itself included, and that each pair points both ways. Many international SEO problems come from tags that point only one way, or from versions that point to a page that no longer exists.
The structure is yours to choose too: a country domain such as example.de, a folder such as /de/, or a subdomain. Each has trade-offs in cost, upkeep and how easily one site's strength carries to the others, and a developer who knows your platform should make that call. Language switchers and redirects by country belong to the same job.
What we can do today is work in your site's main language, for every country that reads it. If you run a separate site for each language, each site can be its own project with us, in its own language, and the work on each one runs on its own.
Your options
One site, several markets, or a site per country
There are three common ways to reach more than one country. This is how each one works with us today.
| Setup | Example | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| One site, one language, several countries | An English store selling to the US, the UK and Australia | The main market plus up to 3 extra markets, one plan, research and AI tracking per country |
| A separate site per country or language | example.com for the US, example.de for Germany | Each site is its own project with its own market and language. 10% off every site from two, 15% from five |
| One site with several language versions | example.com with /de/ and /fr/ folders | We work in the site's main language. The other languages, their hreflang tags and their structure stay with you |
A market in another language, such as Germany for an English site, is not an extra market. It needs its own language edition, which we do not publish yet.
AI answers
AI visibility per market and per assistant
Assistants answer the same question differently in different countries. So we track each market on its own, in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode.
Prompts for each market
Each market on your site gets its own prompts, in its language, and they are asked through a connection in that country. A question about suppliers in Australia is asked as an Australian buyer would ask it.
Each assistant on its own
Every prompt is asked again in every assistant you track, every week. You see which assistants name you in which market, and where you are missing.
Local competitors
The answers show who is named instead of you in each country. Your rivals at home are often not the ones winning abroad.
The sources each market trusts
Every answer is read for the sites it cites, so you learn which local publications and directories the assistants lean on there.
One budget, shared
Your 70 prompts are shared across your markets, and you can add your own prompt for any country and language. When you need more room, +70 prompts cost $80 a month.
The history kept
Every weekly scan stays in your dashboard, so you can see a market move after the articles written for it go live.
Who it fits
Who our international SEO services fit
Our international SEO fits best when most of these are true:

- You run a separate site for each country and want one account for all of them
- You have a developer or a platform that takes care of hreflang and language versions
- You want the work done every day and visible in a dashboard, not a one-time project report

Compare
International SEO services vs doing it yourself
You can run international SEO yourself with a keyword tool and a lot of time. This is what each path asks of you.
| SeoVision | Doing it yourself | |
|---|---|---|
| Research per country | Every keyword looked up in each of your markets | One tool, one country at a time, then a spreadsheet |
| Choosing topics | One plan ranked by the searches of all your markets | You weigh each country's numbers yourself |
| Articles | 30 a month, written and published in your site's language | You write and publish them, or hire writers |
| Spelling and wording | Follows your main country | You check every article by hand |
| AI answers per country | Prompts asked weekly from each market | Asking assistants yourself, with a VPN for each country |
| Hreflang and site structure | Yours or your developer's | Yours or your developer's |
| Monthly cost | $149 per site | Your time, plus a keyword tool if you buy one |
How to choose
How to compare international SEO companies
Lists of international SEO companies compare logos, office maps and awards. What decides your results is simpler: which countries get real work every month, in which language, and who checks it. These are the questions worth asking any global SEO company you talk to, with our own answers.
- Which markets do you cover, and how? Ask whether each country gets its own research or only a translated plan. Ours: every keyword is looked up in each of your markets.
- Who writes in each language? Ask whether native speakers, translators or AI write the pages. Ours are written by AI in your site's language and checked by an AI editor before they go live.
- Do you handle hreflang and site structure? Many agencies do, as a project. We do not, and we say so.
- How do you measure each country? Ask for numbers per market, not one blended chart. We show AI visibility per market, and with Search Console connected, your own clicks and queries.
- What does it cost, and is there a contract? Ask whether each country is billed on its own. With us a site costs the same with one market or four, and there is no contract.
- Do you have people in my target countries? We do not. We are a remote team with no office in any country, and we do not meet in person.
Timeline
When you will see results
The work starts in the first days: the audit, the research for every market and the first articles live and checked for indexing. A market our team adds later joins the research and the plan once it is re-tuned, and the articles planned after that count its searches.
Results take longer in a new country than at home. Google has to find your new pages and learn to trust your site for searches made in that market, and a site with few links from that country starts further back. In Search Console, impressions usually come first on long, specific searches, then clicks. AI answers follow the pages that rank, so a market tends to move in the assistants after it moves in Google.
Nobody can promise a position in any country, and a global SEO agency that does is guessing. Each week you see your AI visibility per market, and with Search Console connected, your own numbers every day.
What our international SEO does not do
We do not add, check or fix hreflang tags, and we do not build or restructure multilingual sites. We do not translate your existing pages, and a second language on the same site is not open yet: our articles go out in your site's main language only. A market in another language needs a site of its own with us for now.
We have no office in any country, do not meet in person, run no paid ads and do not promise rankings. If you need a full site migration into several languages with translators and hreflang set up for you, an agency that sells international site projects fits that job better. If your site reads one language and sells in several countries, that is the work we do every day.
Questions
International SEO services: frequently asked questions
What is international SEO?
International SEO is the work of ranking one business in several countries: research and pages for each market, plus signals such as hreflang that tell search engines which page is for which country or language. We do the market work. Hreflang stays with you.
How much does international SEO cost?
Agencies average about $3,200 a month according to Ahrefs' survey of 439 SEO providers, and international programs often cost more. Ours is $149 a month per site, with up to 3 extra markets in your site's language and no contract.
What does SEO agency stand for?
SEO stands for search engine optimization, so an SEO agency is a company that helps businesses show up in search engines. A global SEO agency does that across several countries. We do it with software and a remote team, and you see the work in your dashboard.
What is the difference between SEO and SEM?
SEO earns unpaid places in search results with content, technical work and links. SEM usually means search engine marketing with paid ads, sometimes with SEO included. We do SEO only and do not manage paid ads.
Is SEO being replaced by GEO?
No. GEO, getting your brand named in AI answers, builds on SEO, because assistants lean on pages that rank and sources they trust. We do both and track AI answers in each of your markets. More in our GEO and AEO agency page.
How much does it cost to hire SEO?
Freelancers commonly charge $100 to $150 an hour and the most common monthly retainer is $501 to $1,000, according to Ahrefs. With us one site costs $149 a month, with research, 30 articles, backlinks and AI tracking included.
Can I do SEO on my own?
Yes, and for one country many owners do. Several countries multiply the research, the writing and the checking. We take that work off your hands and leave you the approvals.
Do you set up hreflang tags or translate my site?
No. We do not add, check or fix hreflang tags, and we do not translate your existing pages. We write new articles in your site's main language. A separate site per language can be its own project with us.
