Why us

Why Wix SEO needs more than Wix's own tools

Wix gives every site a sound base: SEO settings on each page, a sitemap it builds by itself and a redirect manager. Those tools hold your SEO. They do not decide what to write, write it, notice when a page drops out of Google or tell you whether ChatGPT recommends you. Someone still has to do that work every week.

That is the job people hire a Wix SEO expert for. We do it every day, and the posts land on your Wix site instead of in a report. You keep your site, your design and your Wix plan. We add the content, the checks and the measuring around them.

What we do

What our Wix SEO services do on your site

Everything below reaches your Wix site through the connection you make once, and every piece of it shows in your dashboard.

Blog posts, published for you

30 posts a month in your Wix Blog, one a day, researched for a real search and written only from facts about your business. Live, or as drafts for you to publish.

SEO fields filled in Wix

Each post gets its SEO title, meta description and focus keyword in Wix's own SEO settings, and the web address our plan chose for it.

Images in your Wix media

The cover and every image in the post are saved to your site's own media, so they load from Wix like any image you added yourself.

Your author on every post

Each post's author is added as a member of your Wix site with the name and photo from your dashboard, so the byline matches.

A weekly technical scan

We read up to 500 pages of your site every Monday and hand you every fix ready to paste, with where it goes in Wix. More on our technical SEO services.

Links and AI visibility

90 backlink credits a month in our exchange, and 70 buyer questions asked every week in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode.

Connect

How to connect Wix in about ten minutes

No developer and no code. Our setup guide shows every screen.

  1. 1

    Add the Wix Blog app

Your site needs the free Wix Blog app, which is where your posts will appear. Add it from the Wix App Market if you have not yet.

  2. 2

    Copy your Site ID

Open your site's dashboard in Wix and copy the long id after /dashboard/ in the address bar.

  3. 3

    Create an API key

In your Wix Account Settings, open API Keys, name a new key, limit it to your site and tick three permissions: Wix Blog, Manage Site Media and Manage Site Members.

  4. 4

    Confirm and connect

Wix emails you a code before it creates the key. Paste the key and your Site ID into SeoVision, press Connect. Posts go out live or as drafts, as you choose in your settings.

Fixes

Wix SEO problems we find, with each fix ready to paste

Our weekly scan reads your Wix site the way visitors get it. For each problem you get the exact text or code to copy and the place in Wix it goes.

  • Pages with no title or meta description, with the text for «Title tag» and «Meta description» in the page's SEO basics
  • Pages hidden from Google, with the switch «Let search engines index this page» to turn on
  • A missing or wrong canonical address, with the right one for the page's SEO settings
  • Images without alt text, with a description to set under «What's in the image?»
  • Broken addresses Google still shows, read from your Search Console once it is connected, with the closest live page to send them to in Wix's URL redirect manager
  • No business, website, breadcrumb or FAQ markup, with the code to paste under Custom code in the page's head
  • No llms.txt describing your site to AI assistants, with the text it should hold
  • A home page with no H1 heading or several of them, flagged by our audit

Common problems

Common Wix SEO problems, explained

Most Wix sites share a few SEO problems. Some are easy to fix once you know where to look, and some depend on how your template was built.

  • More than one H1 on the home page. A home page should have exactly one main heading. Our audit checks yours and flags it when it has none or several, so you know which heading to change.
  • Pages hidden from search. A page can be set to stay out of Google, sometimes on purpose and sometimes by mistake. The weekly scan lists the hidden pages so you can decide, and bringing one back is a single switch in its SEO basics.
  • Empty SEO settings. A page with no title tag or meta description of its own gives Google little to show in the results. We give you a title made from the page's heading and your site's name, and a description from its own text. What you already wrote stays.
  • Markup. Business, breadcrumb and FAQ markup on Wix goes in through Custom code, which needs a Wix premium plan with your own domain. We give you the code, ready to paste.
  • Pages that come and go. Renamed or deleted pages leave broken addresses behind. With Search Console connected, we find the broken addresses Google still shows and name the closest live page for each.

Who does the work

A Wix SEO expert, or a Wix SEO service that does the work?

A freelance Wix SEO expert usually audits your site, sets up your SEO settings and hands you a list, billed by the hour. Freelance SEO specialists commonly charge $100 to $150 an hour, according to Ahrefs' survey of 439 SEO providers, and the writing is often extra.

Our Wix SEO services do the steady part every day: the research, a post a day, the weekly scan and the measuring. Our team checks every paying site each morning, and you get a dedicated account manager and priority 24/7 support. If you edit one of our posts in Wix, we notice it before any update and leave your version alone.

Would you rather not use the Wix Blog? We can also host a blog for you on a subdomain of your own domain, such as blog.yoursite.com, with one DNS record. Our auto-publishing page explains both ways.

What we do not do on Wix

We do not write fixes into your Wix site ourselves today. Every technical fix comes ready to paste, with the exact place in Wix, and the next scan checks that it took. Our posts carry their SEO title, description and images, but not our article markup, because Wix shows code placed inside a post as plain text.

We do not build or redesign Wix sites, change your template or fix load speed and the mobile layout, which depend on Wix and your design. We do not promise rankings. If you want someone to rebuild your Wix site, a Wix designer fits that job better.

Questions

Wix SEO services: frequently asked questions

What does Wix SEO services cost per month?

Freelancers commonly charge $100 to $150 an hour, and the most common monthly retainer is $501 to $1,000, according to Ahrefs' survey of 439 SEO providers. SeoVision is $149 a month per site, with 30 posts, the weekly scan, backlinks and AI tracking included.

What is included in Wix SEO services?

Keyword and competitor research, 30 posts a month published to your Wix Blog with their SEO fields filled, a weekly technical scan with every fix ready to paste, backlinks from real business sites and AI visibility tracking.

How long until Wix SEO services shows results?

Expect months, not days. A pasted fix counts once you publish the change in Wix and Google visits the page again, which takes days to weeks. Your first posts tend to show for narrow searches before broad ones, and no honest provider promises a position.

Can AI tools replace Wix SEO services?

Not on their own. An AI writer gives you a draft, but it does not pick the searches worth winning, publish to your Wix Blog, scan your pages every week or tell you whether ChatGPT names you. We use AI for the writing and run the rest around it, with our team checking every paying site each morning.

How can I improve my Wix SEO quickly?

Fill the title tag and meta description of your main pages, make sure none of them is hidden from search, give your images alt text and redirect old addresses that still get visits. Then publish answers to what your buyers search, steadily.

What is the best SEO service provider?

There is no best one for every site. The right one shows what it ships each month, works on your actual platform, explains where links come from and never promises rankings. For a Wix site, ask how the work reaches Wix.

Do I need the Wix Blog app?

Yes, to publish on Wix. Our posts go into the free Wix Blog app. If you would rather not use it, we can host a blog for you on a subdomain of your own domain instead.
